I haven't posted in over a month, I've been trying to stay on track but it's been hard and I've been really busy too. I haven't lost any weight. I've plateaued and need to step it up a notch. I just bought sprouted grain bread instead of whole wheat because I have read that it's way healthier for you, easier to digest and wont make you feel bloated! I tried some and it's just as good as regular bread too! This is a picture of the kind I bought below:
I've decided to post some inspirational pictures up instead of watching the food network, which makes me super hungry as well tonight!!
