I haven't weighed myself in a week and I'm supposed to tomorrow morning. I'm worried I didn't lose anything this week because I slipped up twice and didn't meet my calorie goal. :( I went over 800 calories. I will let you know what happens tomorrow am.. I haven't done my sit-ups tonight but I will after posting this. Any extra calories I can get burned off before tomorrow! OOooh I will go get some ice water too! haha This week I want to really stick to my calorie goals and workout even more than this week. Here's some inspirational pictures!
